The staff, quite, clean, and location

The TV was old and small , the swimming pool need to be clean ( I saw some dust and sand under the water ) The house keeping team are very friendly and they doing a good job , but they need to be more focused ( some times they didn't clean the shower area and let it wet ) The bed sheets and towels are old actually .

Peaceful

Quiet street, great location only a short walk to Central Festival. Room service was prompt and always did a nice job. The pool has a really nice view. We could not access wifi in our rooms but as soon as told reception they got the maintenance workers onto it. They could not get it working so immediately changed our rooms to where we had wifi access. We extended our stay an extra night which was easily sorted by staff.

Pillows are super uncomfortable, very lumpy. No balcony views, it just looks at another concrete wall building.

Good

Staff were friendly and did their best always.

Obviously they haven't invested much throughout covid, rooms looked tired and dilapidated compared to when I last stayed here. Not sure I've ever sat on a more uncomfortable toilet seat either. Also I didn't like how there was no staff at night, leaving room keys out at reception at night doesn't offer much security to guest belongings left in room.

Good location, comfortable room and friendly staff.

ventilation outside the room was loud during the night, other rooms are probably better. check-in and check-out was in the neighbouring building.

Great location for great price

Location is superb. Very nice roof pool where you can see a small part of the beach.

Floors were black and not cleaned the whole week while we asked this several times at the reception. Overall cleaning was badly done and it felt like they only did the bed and gave clean towels.

A great spot for Solo traveler, and good value.

The location is good, easy to get on and off the Baht Bus, very central and easy to walk around area. Very close to the beach. The Staff are good, and pool is nice. A no hassle guest friendly hotel.

The Internet connection drops out too easy and password has to be re-entered every time, a real pain.

Place Okay, nothing special. Suggest Sea My Spring Tree is more modern and in better upkeeping.

Staff very friendly and professional. Rooms are large but do not offer a scenic view (from my room anyway)

Hotel needs some basic maintenance on worn and torn items, and where the AC blasts out into your room there is a noticeable accumulation of mould. Nothing a good deep clean wouldn't fix.

I won't be back, seem happy to take your money but no assistance if you complain

The Hotel is nice and staff are good however there never seemed to be a decision maker available if you have an issue. I complained the AC was not clean as I had a throat issue which was caused by AC, when I complained no action was taken.

This one of the more expensive hotels in Pattaya, I have stayed before on three or four occasions. My main issue was that the pool was closed at the start of my holiday, there was no prior notification of this. It was only 3 days but it was the fifth day before I knew it was re-open which was half my holiday. I was also charged half a day rate to keep my room but this was not the Booking,com rate but a higher rate and I was not informed that this was only for six hours which created a problem for me as I returned to the hotel 15 mins before I was due to check out and there was no attempt to assist me unless a paid for a full day. Unacceptable customer service.

The hotel is always clean and is central in Pattaya.

The hot water pressure in the shower started off strong however over a few days the pressure weakened off.

Great location and large clean rooms.

Location was great in nice quiet street but not far from all the action. The rooms are massive and felt very comfortable.

The hotel probably needs a facelift asa little older compared to the other neighbouring hotels.

There are multiple see me spring hotels in same location slightly different names. Just double check you are in the correct one if booking separately with friends. No big deal as they are more than happy to move you to another hotel if required.

Good value, good location, clean & quiet Hotel in the centre of Pattaya.

Good location on Soi 10, just far enough away from the bar noice if you want an early night. Great roof top pool with view of the Bay. Well stocked room mini bar. Very clean, tidy & quiet Hotel.

Friendly staff. Good value for money. Close to the entertainment area.
